Here’s a peak of what I keep in my gym bag.

Having the right gear and supplements can be very helpful to make sure every workout feels like it counts! Personally, I love having a matching workout outfit, my Sweat Sweet waist trainer and coconut gel, my Brooke’s running tennis shoes, my Apple Watch (or other tracking device), headphones, my Stanley cup, and the occasional hit of pre-workout if I need a little extra energy after a long day of work.  What else do you keep in your gym bag?
