Amazon’s biggest summer deals are just around the corner — July 8–11 — and I’m sharing all the daily essentials I personally use to get through each day feeling strong, supported, and a little more put together (even when life feels like chaos).

The second I wake up, I drink 8–10 oz of water and put a pinch of Celtic sea salt on my tongue. Then I take 2 amino acid capsules to help with muscle repair and recovery before I even start moving.
