Keep Crushing It, Walkers!
To everyone powering through my walking challenge — I’m so proud of you! 🥹 It’s been so much fun watching everyone’s step progress throughout the day and staying connected with you all. Having a common, competitive goal has definitely lit a fire under me to get my butt moving and into the gym.
I’m beyond grateful for all the hard work and time you’ve put into this challenge. You’re not just showing up for the steps — you’re showing up for yourself, and that’s something to be seriously proud of.
As we head into Day 7 of 31, I wanted to share a little personal update:

My bloating has noticeably gone down (huge win 🙌).

I’m genuinely craving movement now, way more than before.

Also… having a desk job and aiming for 10k steps a day has been a major eye-opener about how sedentary I can be without realizing it. But honestly, I’m welcoming the challenge with open arms.
Let’s keep pushing, keep encouraging each other, and keep putting one foot in front of the other (literally)!
